We develop and operate software products including City Wheels (customer delivery app), City Rider (rider management app), and Fleet Management (business dashboard), as well as providing software development and technology consulting services. Depending on how you interact with us or our products, we may collect: Account & Identity Information — name, email address, phone number, and password when you register on any of our platforms. Location Data — GPS coordinates and location history when you use our delivery or rider apps, to enable core delivery functionality. Payment Information — transaction details, payment method type, and billing information processed through our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers. Device & Usage Data — device type, operating system, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and app usage patterns collected automatically. Communications — messages you send through our in-app chat, contact forms, or directly to our support team. Business Information — company name, fleet details, and operational data provided when using our Fleet Management platform. We only collect information that is necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

Other Users — limited information is shared between customers and riders to facilitate deliveries (e.g. first name, phone number, and live location during an active delivery). Business Clients — if you use our platform through a company account, your employer or fleet operator may have access to your activity data within their dashboard. Legal Requirements — we may disclose information where required by Nigerian law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public. We require all third parties to respect the security of your data and to treat it in accordance with applicable law.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Specifically: — Account data is retained for the duration of your account and for up to 2 years after account deletion, to comply with financial and legal obligations. — Delivery records are retained for up to 5 years for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. — Location data from completed deliveries is retained for 90 days then anonymised. — Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include: — Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS/TLS — Hashed and salted password storage — JWT-based authentication with token expiry — Role-based access controls limiting who can access what data — Secure cloud infrastructure with access logging No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
